Structural Profile
With more than 100 different profile types from I beam, hollow sections, C channels and other complex shapes catering to the evolving cooling tower market segment where corrosion and light weight takes precedence over traditional building material such as Steel & Concrete. All our products are tested in accordance to the highest qualification of CTI-137 standards

Grating
INTECH grating products are widely used across industries such as offshore, onshore oil & gas. Tackling weight constraints imposed on offshore platform users, generating overall project savings through total weight optimization. Our products are 3rd party tested and approved under the ABS (american bureau of shipping) product type approval class 1

Cable Ladder & Tray
INTECH’s cable ladder & trays are designed to comply and exceed the world recognized NEMA & IEC standards. The complete system is designed to be anti-corrosive , fire retardant and non conductive. servicing the growing market segment within oil & gas, power generation, water treatment and renewable energy industry, where corrosion is a real-life problem for most of these clients.

Caged Ladder System
Our caged ladder system is designed to meet the demanding requirements of various industrial applications. Engineered from high-strength, corrosion-resistant fiberglass composite materials, it offers numerous advantages over traditional materials such as steel, aluminum, and wood. These systems are ideally suited for environments where durability, safety, and minimal maintenance are critical.

Custom-Made Projects
Intralink Techno provides support to our clients in developing custom engineered profiles aimed at solving project complications which cannot be resolved with any current available products. With our in-house experts and dedicated engineers, our team will respond to your problem statement and provide a custom solution. An in-house testing team will also be assigned to ensure the custom-made product are fit for application





Our Manufacturing Capabilities
Intralink Techno’s manufacturing facility Is equipped with 20 active pultrusion lines with a capacity of up to 300km or 400 metric tons of pultruded profiles per month enabling us to support Mega scale projects
A separate plant dedicated for efficient secondary fabrication process is equipped with high-tech machineries such as Kuka robotic arm & CNC waterjet to cater for complex cut, drill & mill dimension project requirements.
From custom structure designs to finding out the best material composition, project requirements can be supported by our in-house engineering and design team. Our continuous product improvements and R&D reflects our dedication and support towards providing clients with the best product and solution available for your projects.
